| In 1987, Plantas Tropical started operations in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, as subsidiary of Exinagro. Due to our market acceptance and high quality standards, both companies have become among the largest suppliers of these two plants. |  |

| Matas de Honduras is
a plantation located in the Atlantic coast of Honduras.
Its special climate gives it the opportunity to grow
various palms, Aglaonemas and Dracaenas year round. Of our 400 acre farm, 250 acres are cultivated under full sun and another 150 acres are panted under shade. |

| Matas de Costa Rica
S.A. has one farm, of aproximately 1000 acres. The company produces 17 species of plants which, taking inito account the variaces sizes and forms, can be supplied in, amounts up to 100 different products. The main exports are Dracanea Plants, particularly Marginata and Massangeana cane. |
